Our Story & Mission

Since 2018, we've been helping Australian businesses build stronger financial foundations through practical budget planning and strategic guidance that actually works in the real world.

What Drives Us Forward

Clarity Over Complexity

We believe financial planning shouldn't require a degree in accounting. Every budget we create uses plain language and clear categories that make sense to actual business owners.

Real example: Instead of "operational expenditure optimization," we simply show you where your money goes each month and suggest three specific changes you can make next week.

Practical Results

Theory is great, but we focus on strategies that work for your specific situation. Every recommendation comes with step-by-step implementation guidance.

We helped a Brisbane café owner reduce monthly costs by $800 without affecting quality – simply by reviewing supplier contracts and adjusting inventory timing.

Long-term Partnership

Budget planning isn't a one-and-done service. We stay connected with our clients, adjusting strategies as their businesses grow and market conditions change.

Many clients who started with basic cash flow planning in 2020 now work with us on expansion budgets and strategic investment decisions.

How We Started

qylplehalylo began when I noticed something troubling while working with small business owners across Australia. Too many brilliant entrepreneurs were struggling not because their ideas were bad, but because they didn't have clear financial roadmaps.

The breaking point came during a conversation with a talented Melbourne restaurant owner in early 2018. She had incredible food, loyal customers, and worked 70-hour weeks. But she was three months behind on supplier payments because she'd never created a proper budget.

"I spent six months helping her build a realistic budget and cash flow system. Within a year, she'd paid off her debts and opened a second location. That's when I realized this needed to be my full-time focus."

Since then, we've worked with over 300 Australian businesses, from solo consultants to 50-person teams. What hasn't changed is our commitment to creating financial plans that business owners actually understand and can implement themselves.
